Below you’ll find examples of our previously manufactured wire wheel designs. These showcase our capabilities and craftsmanship. Each design demonstrates our attention to detail and commitment to quality in wire wheel production.
High-carbon steel wire, steel hubs, and rims are selected and cut to specification, ensuring materials meet required strength and flexibility standards.
STEP 2
Hub & Rim Forming
Steel is shaped into hubs and rims through forging or stamping, then precision-turned to exact dimensions to guarantee concentricity.
STEP 3
Spoke Wire Drawing & Treatment
Steel is drawn into spokes of specific diameter, heat-treated to enhance strength, and threaded or headed at both ends.
STEP 4
Lacing & Spoking
Spokes are laced one by one through the hub and rim in a classic cross pattern (typically 2× or 3× cross), maintaining even tension throughout.
STEP 5
Truing & Tensioning
Each spoke is individually adjusted on a truing stand to balance tension, eliminating radial and lateral runout to achieve high-precision alignment.
STEP 6
Surface Finishing
The assembled wheel undergoes polishing, chrome plating, or vintage-style coating to deliver an authentic retro appearance and enhanced corrosion resistance.
STEP 7
Quality Inspection & Dispatch
Radial/lateral runout, spoke tension, and aesthetics are thoroughly inspected before packaging and shipment.
